Acupuncture

I’m excited to announce that I will be offering Acupuncture starting January 1st 2024! You can book your January acupuncture appointments on or after December 1, 2023.

Acupuncture involves the use of very tiny needles, about the diameter of a human

hair, to puncture the skin in specific points called acupuncture points. Acupuncture can be helpful to decrease physical pain, insomnia, stress, anxiety and depression, and more. It is also beneficial in keeping your immune system healthy and your body in tip top shape! Keep an eye out for the evidence based monthly newsletters about acupuncture and how/why it works. You can also follow along the blog.

Work-in appointments

While I hope for your sake that you never need them, I am now offering work-in appointments for urgent needs outside of regular hours or when the schedule is full. These are ideal for acute onset limiting or debilitating musculoskeletal pain that simply can’t wait for the next available appointment. These appointments are booked on a case by case basis, and my availability cannot be guaranteed, though I will always do my best to accommodate when and how I can.

Acupuncture + Massage

For those who want a little of everything, you will be able to book an acupuncture appointment and a massage, in one visit AND save money while doing it! These are only valid for followup acupuncture appointments, so your first acupuncture appointment will need to be booked separately.
