COVID Safety Protocols

For your safety and ours, we ask all clients to do the following:

 

  1. Complete the COVID questionnaire that will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your appointment

  2. Wait in your car until the time of your appointment

  3. Put on your mask before entering the building (and leave it on until you exit after your appointment)

  4. Sanitize your hands and remove your shoes (if possible) before entering.

 

Friendly reminder that you will be expected to wear your mask throughout the full session. 

 

If you need a mask, one will be provided for you.  If your mask starts to feel uncomfortable behind your ears, we have ear guards available for purchase.  

 

If you struggle to wear a mask for long periods of time, please reconsider your appointment.  For the safety of all clients, we are unable to allow you to remove your mask, regardless of medical exceptions.  We look forward to working with you when the CDC removes mask recommendations, or if you find a mask that you can comfortably wear for the duration of your session.

What are we doing to ensure the safety of all patients and clients?

 

All providers working in this space wear a double layer mask, usually including a KN95, at all times when in the office.  We are keeping our social bubbles small and strictly obeying all CDC guidelines both at work and in our personal lives.  All surfaces, including door handles, light switches, furniture surfaces, clothing bin, the bathroom sink, and toilet are disinfected between each client.  We have a HEPA filter running 24/7 in the lobby, and run a HEPA filter in the treatment room during work hours. Your safety is our top priority.
